    well, I wan't to buy a vbb, but i don't know if it is 1 single payment or a mothley fee or a yearlly fee or something ike that, can someone please tell me. thanx

            lease is nice if you have a one time project !
            or .. when you want to try it out .. or just dont have the money.

            BUt.. its worth it, to buy an owned license I did this a month ago and am very pleased with it.

            one fee, $160, 4ever support and one year free updates. i wish microsoft (i.e.) had those kind of licenses.

                Correct. You can run vBulletin forever and you get one free year of upgrades, plus lifetime support.

                If you want to get upgrades after the one year, it costs $30 a year. This is optional.
