  • Trying to post a question and the forum is saying I still need approval??

I'm not sure if this is the place to do this or now but I am having a hard time with posting a question in you support area. If this is not the correct area can you please direct me on where best to get help? I tried to see if there was a "message Mod" area but I could not find it. Here is the issue that I am having...

    1) I go here..
    https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/foru...roubleshooting

    2) I click on "New Post" and that gives me an error notification that states "you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
    1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
    2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

Is there something else I need to do in order to get my account activated?

    Thank you again =)

To get vB support on these forums you first need to be a licensed customer and register for Priority Forum Support. To do this, please go here:

      https://members.vbulletin.com/member...t_priority.php

...and enter your email address in one of the boxes. You will also have to select the specific forums that you wish to have access at. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access the page.

Once you've done this, please post in the appropriate support forum for your version.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.
