As a member of a DB that uses vBulletin, one feature they have that I like a lot is the ability to create tables. If I use vBulletin for a hoidy toidy DB I want to create, I want this function, but they tell me this is an "add-on".

Can someone tell me a bit more about this function and what is an "add on"? Is it another expense I have to incur or is it some sort of free "Hack"?

    Thanks!

Dave - there is a "free" product on vbulletin.org that offers Table Functionality. I believe it's bbcode based.

      Thanks Anders.

I found this feature very useful over at another furum, as it allowed me to compare historical sources.

Watch out, if it uses [table], [tr], etc. it will break your CMS table codes.
