    vb3 Available with New License Purchase?

    I'm using the vb3 series as the platform for my site, and am going to be starting a network of sites. If I purchase a new license, will I have access to vb3 or just vb4? Thank you for the reply.

    With a vB4 licence: Any vB3 or vB4 version.

    vB5 is unequivocally the best forum software, but not yet...
