  • Cannot Post in Some Areas

    I see I cannot post in some of the boards as I don't have the correct privileges. Now I will be purchasing VB in the next day or two so I can only think once I have a licence I will be able to post in all areas. However looking at my profile I did not see anything relating to this at all. So how do I go about sorting this out?

    That is correct. Once you become a licensed member you can post in the other areas too.

      To get access to post in the support forums you first need to purchase a license and register for Priority Forum Support. To do this, please go here after purchasing your license:



      ...and enter your email address in one of the boxes. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access the page.

      If you still have problems after doing this, send an email to [email protected]. Please include your user name, the email address you registered with and your customer number so we can fix the problem.
      Vote for:

      - *Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe*
      -
      *PM - Add ability to reply to originator only*
      - Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s)
      - "Quick Route" Interface...

        you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

        Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
        If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation
        I need to do to download it?
