Im a happy owner/user of vbulletin who currently runs 3.7 version. Im planning to upgrade the software but i need to know if paying the $175.00 for the update would i be able to download vb 3.8.x
That is because im not sure about upgrading up to 4.0 first i want to upgrade to 3.8 and test all the hacks, modifications i have done to the server and then do the big upgrade.
So if i pay the 175 dollar upgrade plan would i be alowed to download 3.8.x?
