Loyal vb3 user, wondering if there's any way to host two CMS's on different domains while using one forum.

Look in this thread http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...ifferent-skins and you will find a link to vbulletin.org with an add-on that allows you to do that. But make sure you understand the licensing you need there is a sticky topic that says what is allowed and what not.
