Video sharing & Video Blogging capabilities in vBulletin 5.0?

Loved the enhancements of vBulletin 4.x, especially the Facebook and CMS functions.

But, I am really interested in vbulletin being able to allow users to upload videos, and have them automatically converted to flash format, similar to youtube-type websites.

My website is focused around users blogging, writing, or threading about their life. Only thing missing is their ability to upload webcam or personal video.

Can we expect that functionality in 5.x?

It's it a lot to ask for at the moment? vB5 is a long way ahead. We have to work out all the minro problems by 4.1 too get features installed!

I'm sure at some point they will look into this.. but not yet.

As already noted by FreshFroot, vBulletin 5 is not in our sights yet.

Though all suggestions are always welcomed and read by our team. We take all suggestions into consideration for each version release.

I figured since the 4.0 suggestions board was closed, that vbulletin was already planning 5.0.

In either event, i am in no hurry for 5.0. But, sure would love video blogging and galleries. Tired of allowing people to doing all their stuff on youtube, then posting their videos on my site because i can't directly support video.

Quick suggestion: maybe add a link to the existing forum choices, that directs people to this new place.

I literally spent 20-min trying to figure out how to make a suggestion, going into all areas of the website, and would not have found this if you had not provided to me. Yeah, I am a noob, and had not looked at the long list of sticky's. I am sure others might too.
