How much would it cost to upgrade my community's license from a normal forum license to a suite license?

I have a vb4 suite license, say if I bought the vb5 license. I would technically have two licences right?
So say in a few months time I really couldn't get on with vb5, could I sell my vb5...Thu 13 Sep '12, 7:00am
