CMS suite and my existing website & forum

Hi folks, I currently have a website www.kwas.ca and a forum www.kwas.ca/forum We are going to upgrade to the CMS suite very shortly. My plan is to copy a lot of the content from our current website content into the CMS suite. I'm confused on how people are going to see the website www.kwas.ca as our home page?

When I upgrade from version 4 of the forum to the suite will the URL still be www.kwas.ca/forum or do I need to follow this route? http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...n-subdirectory

Please help solve the mystery. Thanks everyone.

You can take that route but in 4.1 you can install the cms on / and forum under /forum. 4.1 should be here within 2 moths.

Well Adrian of vBulletin said the following in a topic.

The 4.1 timing is late Sept, early Oct.
4.2, the intention was by the end of the year, that may be pushed to early 2011 depending on how much we can fit in it.

Quality is far more dependent on having a quality process that the time taken to release. Fabian likes the phrase "we develop with expediency, not urgency"
It will be in by 4.2
Parts (or all) of a search upgrade may make it in a 4.1.X release (it won't be 4.1.0, but perhaps a future version of 4.1)
