  • Shutting down sites, what do I need to do keep my licenses for the next sites?

I'm going to be shutting down a couple sites that I have an active and inactive VB license on. My contact information isn't on either of those sites so when they go down I'll still be able to stay in touch, but is there anything else I need to do? That is, right now my licenses are bound to these sites. Once I shut them down, I will want to use these licenses elsewhere. Will it be as simple as just changing the "Edit License" information in the Member's Area? Do I need to do anything else?

    Thanks!

Just change the URL in your members area, that's all. It's that simple.

When you shut down down those sites, also make sure that all vbulletin files are removed from the site.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Of course. The server will be taken offline, so everything will be deleted. I just didn't know if there was some "uninstall" procedure or if it was just a matter of switching account settings. Thanks!
