In the main page of this forum it's possible to see latest blog posts, threads... Is this option (to have this box/sidebar) also in the non-suite/classic license?

And also, is a brazilian portuguese language pack available?

Yes

Not yet. There is a 3.8.x one though. You can use that on your 4.x site if you update it here and there.

The blogs are only part of the suite, but the sidebar is part of the default software for the forumhome now.
