Different icons depending on post count?

I have a client that is looking for a forum app that allows for showing different icons depending on how many posts a user has. Can this be done with your application? Can I adjust the post count amounts? Thanks.

You can give users a other post count if needed in vBulletin if you want icons that is different with post count try looking n vbulletin.org if they have an addon for this.
