"Powered by vBulletin" in Meta?

Hi!

I'm thinking about adding another site with vbulletin (I already have one), and I have a question regarding the branding-free option. It says, "This refers to the copyright information in the footer only", so my question is:

1. Can I remove the "Powered by vBulletin"-info in the meta title without buying branding free? Obviously I will leave the footer-info.

2. If I change my mind after ordering, can I add a branding free option at a later date?

3. Just to make sure: It's one vbulletin installation per site, I guess?

1. Yes, it's free (without brandingfree option) to remove it from any template or phrase. (but not .php source code or prevent it from showing in the footer)

2. You can order it now, tomorrow, next year .. as long as you are eligible for support.

3. Yes, 1 instance of vBulletin (a board) requires 1 license. If you want domain1.com/board1 and domain1.com/board2 then you have 2 instances, so 2 licenses required.

Note, with a board I mean 1 installed instance running. A board can have unlimited categories, unlimited forums and sub forums, and threads and posts and members.

Thanks for the quick reply! I just thought of another question though: If I create a site with one licence of vBulletin, can I at a later date change it to an entirely different site? So if I setup www.site1.com and later want to move my licence to www.site2.com (and close down site1, or not have vbulletin on it ofcourse), can I do that?

Yes, you can move the license between sites as often as you like - provided only one installation is present on a server at any one time and the License details in the Member Area kept up to date.
