Once you have brought a new lincese (NOT AN UPGRADE), just follow the instuctions (cant remember if its license number of customer number it asks for) to install it, and update the URL from your control panel at vbulletin.com

if i understand - i just need to:
      1. buy a new licence
      2. upload the files into my old folder and (overwrite)
      3. start the installation using my new user...!!!
      4. update the URL in vb? (but i will have 2 licence - so wich one i will update in my control panel at vbulletin.com ?)

As long as you have two licenses you can run two copies.

you will put in the url for the new forums in where it lists the new licence # in your vb members area.

                    With vB4 yes.

vB5 is unequivocally the best forum software, but not yet...

You can disable the CMS or Blogs just like any other Product or add-on via product manager
