    Hey,

    I'm in the middle of a support query with vBulletin and I wanted confirmation that visiting the online ticket and replying was the same as an email reply that notified vBulletin of a response.

    I waited 5 hours for the initial response to my query, it's now been an aditional 5 hours since my reply and I want to make sure it's on their system as it's quite important. I so could had said something here but I actually want them to reply.

    They are the same. Replies aren't instant and we reply as soon as we are able. Each individual ticket is assigned to one person and they will see it through to completion.
