    Heh - replying almost one year later... It is a background effect in stylevars. Let me know if you still haven't solved it - but note I've changed the design a bit since then (and have made it my own - although quite close to default) so maybe the question is no longer pertinent....

    Nice done, I would change the color of the blue navbar button. It's not looking well beside the red.
