Cost for future updates (e.g., 4.0 to 4.1 to 4.2, etc.)?

I'm going to be setting up a forum in the near future and am considering VBulletin. I understand that the last major revision of VBulletin (3.x) had 9 minor revisions. With the old licensing scheme one could pay an annual maintenance / support fee and have access to the minor revisions as they were released.

If one purchases a license for VBulletin 4.0 will there be any charge to upgrade to future 4.x releases? If so, how much? Is there an annual support plan like with 3.x or ??

The cost of the vBulletin 4 license gives you access to any updates to it untill it reaches EOL. So 4.1 4.2 4.3 etc
