guys please help me out I wanna start a forum but there are loads of things I do not know

1) guys how much does vbulletin cost ? the latest version
2) can you get an inbuilt chat room feature?
4) if a new version of vbulletin comes out can you automaticy just upgrade, or will it delete the old forum first?
5) what is hacking and up what happens if I get hacked? is their a internet law enforcement that will help me.
6)if you have ads on your forum can you make income revenue?

2. Not from vbulletin.com but you can visit http://www.vbulletin.org to find addons (ex: chat).

4. Just upgrade. There are many tutorials and comments around that explain a good upgrade and how to backup your site first.
5. You can read wikipedia for details.
6. Yes. But, don't expect much. It depends on your site and many other factors. But, yes...you can make some monies.

2. got to buy chat another 1000.00 if u want a good one
4. u can upgrade
5. law don't do much good go with a realible host another 120.00year if chat add 750.00 a year
6. very little till it becomes a major forum
