VB Addons Question

Hello,
I am looking to purchase a license of VBulletin in order to make a forum for poker players. This requires there to be a way for players to post charts and graphs, which would hopefully be automated through the board.

This forum has the ability for players to make posts like the one linked to.
I am not sure if this kind of addon is custom made or what, so I was wondering how its done and if its worth purchasing vbulletin in hopes of having something like this.
