what happens when my (owned) vB 3 license expires?

My owned license wil be expiring next january.

Do I understand rightly that I won't get a bill for a licence renewal for vB 3?

And what's happening to my forum posting rights by then?

I do intend to upgrade to vB 4, but not necesarily by next january, so maybe there will be a time gap between next january and my purchase.

There is no automatic billing involved with vBulletin, it has to be done manually. Plus, license renewals for vB3 being gone means that can't happen anyways.

As long as you have a license that allows you to run vBulletin, your posting privileges to vB.com, etc. remain unchanged. So, with an owned license, you'll still have access to the forums after it "expires".
