  • Who Wants My Money?

I've been trying to buy the Publishing Suite upgrade since last night. Have tried about 6 times. For some reason, my card company thinks it's a fraud attempt and denies it. So I tried another card, same thing. Do they not like you guys across the pond for some reason? I called the first card number support, but hung up after 15 minutes on hold. So I then go to the Contact Sales page only to find it's not working. Then I turned in a support ticket earlier last night, no answer yet.

I don't know, maybe you all have enough money now and don't want mine? Any suggestions for this money burning a hole in my pocket?

Get a Paypal account and interface your card with it. Then pay with Paypal.

You need to call your credit card company. They have flagged your card for use outside your normal patterns (overseas).

I had this happen when I went overseas this past summer. I called the number on the back of the card and they instantly "un-flagged" it.

More or less the same thing happened to me albeit my credit card went through.
However, the very next day my CC co. called me and asked me to verify the charge.

Be glad they do it. Protects you from unauthorized charges. Most card companies now expect you to call them ahead of time if you have anticipated changes in your spending patterns or plan a trip abroad. They will setup a no-flag window (date range) on the card.

Just seems the crooks have no problems stealing the card numbers, but we have to jump through hoops. What's wrong with this picture?

Success. Couldn't use Jelsoft's processor as it said I had tried too many times. So I had to use the card through PayPal. Just downloaded, so I'm off to play.
