If I purchase today, can I get 4.0 Today

I know that you have released the beta to presales customers, and I really didn't want to upgrade all of our licenses until gold. But for the sake of getting a head start on our skinning and development I think that I am going to upgrade one license and set up a testing server so that I can get to work on this.

Is ordering today still considered presale and will allow me to have the beta, or did I have to order in the blitz sale last month to qualify.

Stupid question if you ask me, but it is something that I really need to know.
