Usergroup colours and labels / Group Usernames

First of all, can I confirm that you can display a legend for usergroup colours under the who is online thing in a vanilla installation, and second of all, by any chance is there any mod/functionality which allows you to 'group' usergorups so visually are organised.

Is there anything prebuilt like a contact form? For contact with admins/moderators? - If not, are there any *good* mods for this, which mimic a ticketting system but on a very basic level.
Ok, Yes - as expected you can have a legend for group colours.

The Contact Us link is at the bottom of every page and that will go to whoever's emails are set up to receive it in the Admin CP.

As far as I know, there is no pre-existing user group legend in vBulletin.
