Discount Price is not working

Hi all,
I saw the price ad on the homepage for $160 for upgrade. I am now running 3.8 forum so how can I get the discount when buying the 4.0 CMS Suite? It still shows that I have to pay $200 and something when I place the order.

try to login on the home page, using that Customer Login tab in the top right of the page.

Also please note the $160 is for active licenses.
