My friend has a vBulletin forum and I downloaded the files because I'm a HUGE vBulletin fan. I'm hosting it on my host here: http://webmasters.webatu.com/forum/index.php - I believe he does have a license for his forum, his friend got it for him.

Anyways, I don't want to get in trouble as I'm only 12 lol. :P - But am I allowed to host this vBulletin forum? IT'S A REALLY OLD VERSION.
