Technically, this is a post-sales question, but it's about a pre-sales topic, so I hope this is the correct place to ask it.
Several weeks ago when I was researching what forum platform to adopt, I saw that there were 3 routes of support available for vBulletin: telephone support, the vBulletin.com forum, and something else. We chose to purchase vBulletin, partly because it seemed to have more reliable support options than the competition.
My organization chose to get one month of phone support to help with installation. That month was over 10 days ago.
I'm having a problem and posted a question on the version 3.8 troubleshooting forum about a week ago. Nobody has responded. After 2 days, I posted a reply just to politely (I think!) draw attention to my question. It's been another 4 days, my question has slipped several pages down on the forum, and no answer.
I hesitate to bump it again -- I don't want to be a pest. But I need help.
Could someone please remind me what the 3rd form of support is (besides the forum and telephone), and tell me how to access it? Or any other suggestions for getting help?
