Queries about Beta Version

Hi,
I recently bought vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite and I wonder when's the release date. Also, I read up on the blogs which stated that it is a beta version that will be released during mid-November. So if the full release is out, will it affect the content/files etc., in the beta version during the upgrading processes?
Lastly, is it easy to upgrade it?

As stated in some other threads, vBulletin 4 will be released when it's ready. A rough goal of Q4 2009 has been hinted at though. Upgrading is painless, and the process is detailed in the manual.
