Change Forum URL from time to time

I was wondering if we're able to and allowed to change the forum URL where our Vbulletin was first installed in the first place.

And if that's a yes, can we do it as many times as we like by simply going into the customers area and re-type the new URL in that url box?

We're just unsure which projects/forums to start first at this stage, hence we're asking this question
We just placed our order a minute ago by the way, and are very keen to get the forums started.
