Where do I get the discount pricing?

I am an active license holder. When I go to the pre-order page for the suite, I do not see an $130 discount upgrade price option.

Also, when I pre-order, will my license expiration time get extended by 1 year on top of my current expiration date (April 2010)?

Did you login by clicking on the Customer Login link and scroll down to the upgrades section?

Yes, I figured out. I had to login using the "Customer Login" link on the main site for it to show up.

At first, I logged in to the member area using the link in support section, even though I was able to log in that way, it didn't show the upgrade option on the purchase page, when I click the "Renewals / New Purchases" link at the left panel. You guys may want to fix that.

That is a known side-effect of the current transition period between the old and new systems. This will be fixed when the Members' Area moves onto a new system.
