    It looks very much to me like the template system that allows you to customize the look of your forums has been stripped from the forum only version of vBulletin 4. This seems somewhat unlikely. Can someone confirm or deny this? Thanks.

    It lists - Power Template Engine for Advanced Customization - with a checkmark for both Forums and Suite. That means it is included in both.

      At first, I thought the same thing. The problem was, I was scrolled down to the section for the CMS. Which basically says there are no template editing for the forums (as we're talking about the CMS only at this point). So it's a bit confusing and not really worth mentioning that in the CMS section as far as what the forums DON'T have. However if you look further up in that list, you'll see what Wayne was referring to.
