How come when i try to log into my members area it wont work, and so then i tried to recover my password and it says that my e-mail doesn't match there records, yet when i go to my e-mail i see the mail they have sent me from my purchases..
I have purchased 2 owned vBulletin License's and project tools, i would at least like to be able to access the things i have bought.
