Send Admin Emails as HTML in 4.0?

Currently on vB, e-mail messages from admins to members sent via the AdminCP cannot be sent in HTML form. I have to use a hack to allow this. Will vB 4.0 allow HTML emails from Admins?

i like to know that also since i bought a HTML mail client from Geo for my 3.8 version

No, this feature is currently not in vB4.
