Soft Delete of Topics

Hey

I am interested as to whether vBulletin 4.0 will feature a soft delete option for topics by default. By soft delete I mean where a post is deleted, it is not removed from the database, instead either still displayed inline (ie, posts remain, but visible to admins+mods, maybe highlighted to indicated deleted) or moved to another forum.

I am one of those people who prefers stuff not to be deleted, and this would help.

It already is soft-delete by default. You have to manually choose the hard delete option.
