Hello my friend would like to buy a vbulleting license and he wanted to know what are the prices? If it a monthly charge, yearly charge or a one time charge and of how much?

Essentially with the new system, as far as I know, you will be paying for all updates to the 4.0 version. Once 4.1 is released, I am under the impression you will need to pay anoher fee. -
vb4 publishing suite is $235 until 10/30, after that it is $285
vb4 forum only is $195
The rates are per version... if you buy vb4, you have access to vb4. It was announced somewhere that they hope to release vb5 about 18 months after vb4. If you want access to vb5, you will need to buy a vb5 licenses (see costs above for an idea). You can however continue using vb4 for as long as you like.Plan, Do, Check, Act!Comment

I run a fairly large site with VB 4.2.1 and am quit happy with it. No offense but I personally do not like VB5 - not even a little bit. That said, I have been thinking about starting a second forum...Fri 27 Sep '13, 7:17am
