SEO questions for vB4 and CMS questions

I purchased the suite option since I know I'm going to use it, and the price was good, but have some questions regarding SEO and the CMS part of it.

    1. Will vB4 ship with canonical URL's already built in? (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showt...ight=canonical) This is rather easy to implement, but will officially be supported and can really help SEO wise

    2. Will there be any sitemap feature built in? Many software products are coming with their own built in sitemap feature, this would be great as the community wouldn't have to rely on a 3rd party to do this for us.

    3. If I have my forums at a subdomain, am I able to run the CMS in the site root (ie: http://forum.example.com and CMS at http://example.com)

    4. Will vB4 default template come with basic on site SEO measres such as proper use of the heading tags? For example the logo/site name use <h1> and thread titles using <h2>?

    5. What are the friendly URL structures like that come preconfigured? How hard are the to modify, assuming we'll be able to modify them.

6.Does the CMS come also with support for friendly URL's?

Thats about all my SEO based questions for vB4 and the CMS, so thanks for any insight on them.

      what the hell another bump.

If it helps, I only need answers for 2,3,5 and 6, I don't want to overload the post with to many questions at one time since I can find the rest myself now..

          Hello ,

          1. From what i see from source there is no canonical urls but you can always make that as a suggestion within http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forum...s-and-Feedback
          2. As mentioned within http://www.vbulletin.com/index.php?do=features Automatic Google XML sitemap module is included both vBulletin forum and suite packages
          3. If i recall correct Cms should be reside on same directory with your forum installation , howevere there is always possiblity to use virtual folders.
          4. As you can check from source , both h1 and h2 tags are in place
          5. You can read James blog entry about vBulletin SEO features : http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/blog.php?b=2348
          6. Features page also shows that CMS has SEO friendly urls
