Protecting non-forum data with the forum security

Hello,

I'm curious if vBulletin can do this. I have some video content I was to monetize so I would like to place the links to each video in a forum category, and then have a subscription on the category. While a non-authorized user can't see the link in the context of the forum, I don't want a forum user to send the video link to a third-party, circumventing the monetization.
