Will there be a working installation, not just screen shots, of the new 4.0 suite before this month ends, the end of the discounted price?

I would like to see it, not just pay blindly. I have more than one active license, so the end of this month date is important, but I want to play with it. I would just upgrade one of my licenses, so I can see if it's worth it. But, it seems like I have to commit every upgrade and pay for it without knowing what it's like . . . am I right or wrong here?

They need to give us time to see it and install it, before commiting every active license to get the $130 deal . . .

I've also been wondering this, but from reading between the lines on other threads it doesn't look likely that 4.0 will be available before the cut off of the 'special offer'..
