    Sure, but they are still billing from the UK.. So even though they claim to be a US corporation, we are getting hit with the surcharge. Our last experience with this was a few months ago..

    So yeah, it would be nice if vbulletin is now based in the US, to be able to have the purchase order processed as a non-border crossing transaction.

    Is there any way to get a definitive response from vbulletin?

    Last time we renewed/purchased Vbulletin licenses, our credit card tacked on a 3% surchage for the transaction. This despite the fact the purchase was denominated in US dollars and we paid via Paypal. This occured because the address on the Paypal transaction for the vendor/seller was based in the UK and Paypal passed this info to the credit card company.

    Is there any way to pay vbulletin from the US without incurring the fee?
