With all the uncertainty and pending questions I repeat my former suggestion in the "Licensed Customer Feedback" forum, made some time ago.
Questions and answers day or period here on the forum:
- create a special subforum for customer questions
- moderate them to sort out double questions and inappropriate or rude language
- let the questions be answered only by management, staff or developers
- set a date or special time frame when questions can be send in and gather the people from the team who can answer them
- open the threads after a while for open discussion
