Problem in upgrading

I want to buy the VB4 publishing suit with the 130$ as iam an existing member ... we don't have paypal in our country and my card is always rejected by metacharge and worldpay for unknown reasons

So I am used to send money via money transfer

The problem is : last time the transfer took 2 - 3 weeks after I sent the money to be confirmed by vBulletin, if it happened this time it will just waste my chance for upgrading before 30 Oct. ...



Can you either prolong the period or allow other payment method like moneybookers for example ?

You can't upgrade to 4.0 as it has not been released, you're upgrading your license only. I would assume if your order is placed in the system prior to 10/30, you'll get the discount and then of course be able to get 4.0 when it's available.

ok, that is good ... but the problem persists .. the money may arrive after 30 october .. If only we have known earlier

You need to contact the sales department directly if you are worried about your money arriving after 10/30.

I'm fairly certain, if you placed the order before 10/30, you'll get the discount. I don't they'll punish you because the money transfer takes awhile.

Was that the reason you bumped your thread?

I opened a support ticket asking them to give me an extra week for payment in case it arrived late ..

If you placed your order before Oct 30, 2009 you'd be safe as you would of placed the order at the discount price already.
