Forums + Blog owned license

I've got short question. I'd like to use vB4 but first....

I paid for forum owned license + blog license.

I'd like to use at the moment only forums features + blog features.

What version should I choose?

Forum classic contains only "forum", am I right?

What about blog?

Id I'd like to use blog. So now ...

I should pay for the Publishing suite license even if I don't want to use cms features?

I think that there should be another option for vB4 with blog.
