I was looking over the differences between the suite and the forums.

Do I not get ticket based support for just the forums? It looks like after 30 days I have to get support only through the forum. Is that true?

Starting from 19:00 in my country Iceland i tried to buy VBULLETIN PUBLISHING SUITE.But I am very dissapointed,is not working to buy with special discount presales.I really don't know why this forum can have the same rules for all the countries. I tought vbulletin are serious guys but...sad.

You were told when the presales would end and the timezone that they would end at. I'm sorry you didnt get in on time... But there's not much you can do really.
