All is see is posts after posts of customers asking questions and speculating about the answers, when all that's needed is for vBulletin staff to step up and answer the questions raised.
It's as if vBulletin staff are just as confused as we are, and have decided to just sit on the sidelines until they hear from higher-ups before jumping in to answer our questions.
