  • Where's the vBulletin Team staff now when we need them most?

All is see is posts after posts of customers asking questions and speculating about the answers, when all that's needed is for vBulletin staff to step up and answer the questions raised.

It's as if vBulletin staff are just as confused as we are, and have decided to just sit on the sidelines until they hear from higher-ups before jumping in to answer our questions.

Certainly doesn't convey a sense of confidence on their part.

Probably hiding. Hoping it will all die down after a day or so and everyone will forget it.

      Sure hope not.

Too much damage being done in the meantime.

They need to step up with authority and restore order.

This is being done in parts to minimize the damage imo.... the first part was a month or two ago... this is the second... the third will come with the new product being released... three stages to let people cool down in between.

if it all happened at once it would fail for sure... this way people can calm down then get hit again... lol

Just my opinion thought since they won't answer, all we can do is assume right?
