Card Declined on Upgrade

My card keeps getting declined when trying to purchase the Version 4 upgrade. I tried 2 cards. There is nothing wrong with either of them. Is the payment processor working properly?

This whole thing seem to me pretty rushed. Nothing seems to be working properly. People can't get the promised discounts, paypal doesn't work, credit cards don't work....

My CC too got declined twice. I got it work one time with paypal but no option of license purchase coming in member area. Looks everything messed with IB.

I got that as well. I tried again later and things seemed to go through as I am able to see a receipt in my securesuite account (online verification System), but then I was never brought back to vbulletin for a "Thank you" page nor have I received any e-mail notification...

Very frustrating. Very inconvenient.

I've had a lot of trouble with the ordering system too. Both my Amex and Visa think Jelsoft is a big fraud, and even Paypal shut down my account for a while because I renewed with them after my credit cards wouldn't work. Maybe its time Jelsoft got themselves a real merchant account?

I don't have a huge problem with IB having a pre-release sale like so many people seem to have.... but not being able to actually PAY for the upgrade is pretty annoying. I guess I'll try PayPal when things get cleared up.
