4.0. How do I upgrade @ the discount price?

I'm trying to pre-purchase 4.0 for the special upgrade price of $130. However, there is no option to select that price. Is there a coupon or code I'm missing? My final price still reamains $235.00. It appears the main site only allows for a new license, not an upgrade?

the basic prices is when you are not logged-in your member-area... click the link on top of the page, the one in the blue tab...

you need login twice I mean. Just click on the homagepage right top. and login again. (technically bug with homepage as they are unable to have single sign on yet)
