Current Bulk discount and VB4 suite

At the moment i qualify for bulk discount rates. If i decide to buy a new licence that includes the VB4 suite will i still qualify for the discounted rate on that package?

I've heard no news about bulk option disappearing.
What the bulk prices are/will be is currently unclear to me.

Bulk pricing options are still being shown on http://www.vbulletin.com/order/index.php
But, the bulk pricing for Publishing Suite either aren't finished yet or aren't very fair. If you buy 25+ license you get a whole $3.00 per license discount.

The bulk pricing for 4.0 Forums are a little more realistic. Not much, but a little better. That is what makes me wonder if they haven't finished bulk pricing for the publishing suite yet.
