I upgraded to 4.0 Publishing Suite - where's my product??

What is all the fuss about? From what I understand, the upgrade to v.4 is free for us once it is available. We only have to pay if we want to buy the new publishing suite.

But, once your renewal expires in x-months, you can't just pay another $40 or $60.. It'll cost you $175 to renew! Free? Not really....
