Ok im thinking of making a forums and was told about this site. Ive seen many types of forums powerd by Vbulletin and they all seem to look good.

If I was going to start up a forums/site what steps would I take?

Download some software?
Purchase something which comes with a download?
Do I have to know how to PHP Code?
What are the Prices?
Will it be a www.mynamehere.com type of forums/site?
