About the Phone Support

I'm going to buy a license for vbulletin, but I'm not sure whether I should take phone support. So, if you have the a vbulletin forum:
1. Do you think you need phone support?
2. If you did take it, were you satisfied with it?
3. If you didn't take it, did you feel you needed it, or was it pretty much okay without it.
4. Is there a another kind of support which is free?

Yes, you can ask other community administrators on this forum to help you, this community is a great resource.

- N/A - Didnt take it

- I was OK without it, i learned the software within a few days, could practically consult on it now.

www.vbulletin.org is the main one.

Lots of people do get along fine without the phone support.

I think that this forum is actually the main place for free vBulletin support. And then, yes, there is vbulletin.org too.

never had a need for the phone support, i'm french speaking and they only talk in english... also, i prefer taking the time to write down that i need, so forum is easier for me...
